I think I'd be rather upset to discover that an OnlyFans model I subscribe to is a Minneapolis police officer. Sullying the good name of sex workers everywhere.

It makes me so angry that this is even a story. There should be no "investigation." What someone does on their off time is no one's business.

Especially when so many cops are making bank off actually illegal bribery, were gonna spend money investigating something a 2 year old could tell you is legal.

Best start prosecuting any cops who find a penny on the street - might be a policy violation?!?

"I wouldn’t want her to be arresting me and I just saw you and your husband last night for $29.99 have sex on OnlyFans. I just can't respect you or the precinct that you’re working at," he added.

Mans should be locked up for paying that much for a video. I'm not even gonna bash paid porn but Jesus christ 30 bucks?

Good enough to take your money, not good enough to have authority over you. Got it.

Yeah dude OnlyFans is crazy. I looked at a Twitch hot tub streamer's rates once and they were like $80 per video. Good for her tho - get that bag

I didnt realize if I didnt respect the cops they cant step on my neck. Holy shit loophole 😃

I have way more respect for sex workers than I do for pigs, which is about non-existent.

Argh you gotta be kidding me. That's like the closest I'll ever get to seeing someone I might possibly know in porn, and now they've been outed so there's probably no way to find it anymore.

Edit: I did find it, no I will not share it, but more importantly, no I do not know her. The account itself is very much gone as well.

Is... Is it normal to want to see people you know in porn? One of my previous roommates had an OF, but I never felt the need to go seek it out, that's just kinda weird imo.

Want to? God no. Less I know about peoples private life the better.

I'm not sure how to describe it. It's like a burst of dopamine for finding $20 but really it's getting a story about finding $20.

Pretty off topic but this vibe is why imma stay in Lemmy even if there's less content, were just not dicks here

[–] peopleproblems 3 points 1 year ago (1 children)

I mean, there's the not being a dick angle, but to me it just doesn't seem to be worth the effort. If it was someone I was or am regularly acquainted with I just see it causing emotional disregulatuon related to other things wrong with me.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 year ago

Amen to that, but again look at the effort people put in to dox each other in other places, just to be dicks

Is there anybody that respects cops more than they respect sex workers?

[–] PyroNeurosis 4 points 1 year ago

Not here. In the wild you'd call them conservatives.

Well yeah, the dude who outed her:

"I wouldn’t want her to be arresting me and I just saw you and your husband last night for $29.99 have sex on OnlyFans. I just can't respect you or the precinct that you’re working at," he added.
