You're down past the wear bars anyway. That cut looks like it could compromise it further. You got more miles out of them than you could reasonably expect, I'd replace them.

Looks like you can see the "canvas" so my vote is yes replace (used to help do MOTs in my teenage years)
I can't see the picture but always recommend being safe rather than sorry regarding tires. If you can see any belt I'd go ahead and change them.
Also, you mention having had these tires for 60k, have you had your alignment checked since they were installed? If so that may be a good thing to have done and will make the new set last longer!
