That's just cost of doing business.
That's a hair over 0.5% of Apple's net earnings 2022. They would literally need to hit with this kind of penalty 200 times a year to actually feel it.
This won't change a goddamn thing.

The only people who win are the lawyers. Apple doesn't make out too badly either.
