It sounds like you're German. I am, too. Find a doctor that writes you a sick note over the phone. Mine does.
Hope you get better soon :)

If it is that bad, consider calling an ambulance. They can actually help - IV medication is a game changer for me. It gets me out of the status migraenicus quite reliably.
And: ask your physician on phone. They still come home if you are that severely I’ll that you cannot get up.
Thanks a lot. Even though my text suggests differently, I tend to be the stupid "It's not that bad" kinda person. Need someone to tell me it's okay to call for help. Gonna call the medical emergency service as soon as I feel confident in articulating again (just woke up).
In Australia, a pharmacist can give a statutory declaration that is as good as a doctor's certificate. This might be slightly easier than a doctor if it's allowed in your country.
There are also companies that only provide telehealth appointments that might be manageable.
Edit: Forgot to add my condolences. I know how bad migraines can get. I hope yours gets better soon.
Telefonisch Krankschreibung. (Unless you are Swiss/Austrian) Introduced during Covid, this is now permanently legal in Germany.
