Got MyFitnessPal all set up. Tracking and making good decisions. What app do you use?

I used to use fat secret

I find what's hard about these apps is it's hard to input homemade dishes or dishes with multiple ingredients that get divided up

Yeah definitely the hardest. I try to just find something close. A little leniency on the tracking is my reward for cooking for myself (not too much leniency mind you...)

I’ve used Lose It! since I started back in October and have loved it. Easy to add recipes, and great insights a too. After a month or so I ended up buying Premium, just to support the development, so not sure what’s behind the paid version and what isn’t at this point.

I think finding something that’s simple that you’re willing to use every day is key. It’s worked for me, and helped keep me accountable, with 50+ lbs lost so far.
