I don't think it's fake. There are a lot of small details that I don't think AI would get right. All the equipment is 100% correct. Hood, anklets, leash, jesses, swivels, and glove look good. She is holding her right arm up with her left because eagles are heckin heavy. She's obviously not going out hunting but I don't think it's fake.

I did find a similar(but less stylized) image on a blog using the wayback machine...this is definitely real and she is definitely wearing a stylish outfit and some makeup
