Criminal charges, no. He (and the department/local government) are still going to get their asses sued in civil court though.

The headline literally says he was charged. He was off duty. Also, even if he was on duty, Colorado does not have qualified immunity.

so he in his Tahoe and a dude in a Nissan are driving like idiots together, probably in a road rage.. Tahoe wrecks 2 cars directly and cripples the girl.. the Nissan also wrecks and flips and lands on its roof..
