It's funny how much the supposedly leftist tankies hate Bernie/AOC/Omar/etc.
He knows what needs to happen, but it's a hard sell to get the population up and moving when most are just trying not to starve these days.

My colleague here in Australia just referred to the US as "Occupied States of America" and that is legit how it feels right now. Occupied by a hostile foreign power.
I countered with Vichy States but it's less catchy.
