I'll keep it going for now. But if you know what is good for ya, you'll start talking see. I don't know where that 1950s gangster came from!

This is a daily post for “casual” conversation. If you want to post or talk about something non autism related this is where to do it. For example if you want to info dump about your special interest but it doesn’t fall into “autism related” then you can post it here in the comments. All other rules are still active, be respectful to each other.

More physical therapy for husband. My insurance said no more physical therapy for me which fine, my exercises were doable at home. I still have insurance and that's all that matters from that whole thing.

The kitten has been getting even more cuddly, and has taken to cuddling under the blankets with me when I nap. Absolutely heartwarming.

I planned to meal prep some Cornish pasties and freeze them but for sick last week so maybe this week.

I'll probably have nap later. That is if I don't consume caffeine as gut reaction to being eepy.

8,5ish here and I feel like shit. Did you steal my energy?

You might want to try to sleep in some multiple of around 90 minutes.

The theory is that there are natural sleep cycles and if you wake up in between sleep cycles, you'll be ok, but if you wake in the middle, you'll be left feeling tired.

So, 6 hours, 7.5 hours, 9 hours... Not 8.5 hours.

(Nothing special about that link - it's just the first one that came up in my search after skipping the AI garbage).

It really depends on how old they are, REM cycles become much shorter as the brain ages
