5 hours of sleep, but I feel fine? o-O
For now.
I'll probably have nap later. That is if I don't consume caffeine as gut reaction to being eepy.

You might want to try to sleep in some multiple of around 90 minutes.
The theory is that there are natural sleep cycles and if you wake up in between sleep cycles, you'll be ok, but if you wake in the middle, you'll be left feeling tired.
So, 6 hours, 7.5 hours, 9 hours... Not 8.5 hours.

It really depends on how old they are, REM cycles become much shorter as the brain ages
