How did the broth come out?
Thanks! The broth was great. The base broth was made with beef brisket and shank (with various other things). I also made a 2nd broth with only beef tendon and added a bit of the tendon broth to the pho broth.
With a spoon, most likely! Ha-cha-cha!
It does look amazing though. Making me hungry.
I love a fatty broth!

Note: pardon me, I'm just an idiot passing by, but ever since I learned how to pronounce "phở," that line keeps coming back to me. Btw, looks delish!
