Happy to hear my job said they didn't have plans to remove anything. But it's not on paper/expressed on the news yet. Here's hoping.

No, but their dedication to the program in spite of the current administration's preference clearly puts them apart from companies such as John Deere and Target.

It could mean many other things. There could be minorities in a position to implement DEI policies. It could mean HR doesn't want to deal with changes, etc.
