It's an improvement on the borkutron. It takes different wavelengths of the bork field, sends them through a gabulonic phase couple to create a subbork pulsator. If you can keep your framshaft at a solid 90 gigaborks then the whole system vomulates less. Its pretty cool.

A borkulator is a device used to measure the flumplenook levels in a given area. It's a highly specialized tool, typically only used by trained professionals in the field of flumplenookology. The borkulator is known for its distinctive whirring noise and flashing lights, which indicate the presence of high levels of flumplenook.
It's what they called the funcooker when it was sold in Norway.
"Here comes the borkulator!" they'd say.
