After I beat tengu I waited for hundreds of turns and this fire on the floor never went out. I'm not sure what caused it in the first place. However, when I reloaded the game the fire was gone.
I had this same issue where my Unstable weapon caused a spawner to burn and it never went out. I waited for a bit because I didn't want to get burned picking up the potion, but it didn't burn me.
