If I remember correctly, Regina Spektor wrote this after watching the film High Fidelity. I think it's a great tune.

I haven't really paid attention to her before. That song really grabbed my attention for the technicality of her vocals. The variations in enunciation are really well done. They bring changing meaning to parts of the song without changing the lyrics. It's really interesting what she can do with her well trained voice.
