No, he's "Dumb Beavis".
That's kind of an insult to Dumb Beavis.
The way I'd like to think of it, is it's like Beavis's stepbrother. Remember in the movie when they meet their dads in the desert, and they talked about going to Highland to score. They moved on and scored somewhere else after.
Uh.. yeah. Get the paedo off my front yard and out of my neighbourhood.
I get more of a Butt-Head vibe.
