Investors need to get out of the housing market, because their capital could disappear with a moment's notice.

Housing is a consumable with a finite lifespan and risk of failure, like bread or milk, not a place to park your money securely and watch it grow.

Well, cardboard and wood houses in an area of dry-as-a-fart trees and brushworks that burns regularly even without human help are not really sustainable. Who would have thought. Just like housing near the north-eastern coastlines on the Gulf of Mexico (or, as Donald the Jester would like to have it in one of his tantrums "The Gulf of America") aka Hurricane County.
