I'm not vegan and I agree completely. It's totally obvious meat is a good protein source. What people need to be shown are inexpensive, easy, proteins needed to balance a diet. My meat intake naturally declined the more I learned to cook and educated myself on nutrition and other ingredients. The US dietary guidelines should always be encouraging inexpensive and sustainable sources of nutrition. Beef and chicken doesnt need any help getting the word out.
