This recipe is good, but I've yet to see Filipino Lumpia being made with cabbage out in the wild.

Also, it's pretty authentic to use store bought wrappers for Lumpia, as all the Filipino's I know, both family and friends, even restaurants, make Lumpia with premade wrappers.

Yeah, my mom would julienne green beans and carrots. She would also use much thinner wrappers. I've always associated cabbage and wonton wrappers with Chinese-American takeout egg rolls, not Filipino lumpia.
