This sucks, I saw an interview with her and she's clearly bright, motivated, and trying to help the common person.

She's been amazing in the position. It's practically the first time in at least the last 30-40 years that the FTC has been doing what the FTC was designed to do. She's gotten plenty of flack from wealthy Democratic donors too, complete with public demands for Biden to replace her.

This is probably the least odious of Trump's appointments I've heard so far. He seems at least competent to hold the position, even if he'll do shitty things with it.

The real head scratcher is, why did Biden appoint him to the FTC at all? Why do Democrats always have the self destructive instinct to play nice with Republicans? It's not like Republicans return the favor.
