Mr Ferguson served as Virginia’s solicitor general before joining the FTC in April.

She's been amazing in the position. It's practically the first time in at least the last 30-40 years that the FTC has been doing what the FTC was designed to do. She's gotten plenty of flack from wealthy Democratic donors too, complete with public demands for Biden to replace her.
