I’ve watched „Norsemen / Vikingane“ this weekend, so my weekend was filled with Wardruna. Still such an amazing band, it really wakes up something primal when you’ve got some northern roots. Runaljod - Yggdrasil is a stunner.

Stumbled across this one a few months ago when looking for music for viola da gamba (which this is not), and last week listened to it a lot. Something about the simplicity, playfulness, and contrast of professional soldier/innovative composer historical fact appeals to me.
The new Michael Kiwanuka album, Small Changes. Also Florence and the Machine because my kids have been listening to her stuff.
