From what I could find, it's from Cthulhu: Death may Die, which lists the following artists: Nicolas Fructus, Karl Kopinski, Thierry Masson, Adrian Smith, Richard Wright. So one of them, I think.
Yeah the thing I found said it was Adrian Smith who created this like your search suggested
It's a fun co-op board game. Would recommend. Lots of miniatures like this picture. But pretty expensive lately from what I've seen.
