I don't think that Trump is anti-LGBTQ+. For that, he would need to have some kind of principles.
Fact is, all he cares about is what other people can do for him, and how much they massage his prostate with their tongues.
Likewise, he will screw over out heterosexual white male just as soon as he will screw over anyone else.

I think he's just an opportunist, he says the things his followers want to hear and only befriends rich, powerful people. Even if he realised what harm he's doing to the rest of us he wouldn't care, cause he's sitting at the cool kid's table so to speak.
Trump exists squarely at the intersection of joke and punchline.
