I doubt GRRM does either. I'm willing to give a year or two buffer, but after that, I must believe they've done nothing if get can't produce a draft to the editor after claiming to have part of it done.

Problem with corporal punishment is that the adults who would put it in the job description and accept it will tend to be into it. Same for domination.

I prefer a job where the methodology at least trends towards the supposedly intended results, not that I'm at all opposed to fetish/kink fulfilment. Just don't tell me the purpose is to help you write an unrelated book, or that my performance is evaluated by your progress in such at all.
