Why isn't frozen mirepoix a thing? In convenient sized sachets? We can purchase frozen everything else, why not that? It's just finely diced carrot, onion and celery. There's a marketing opportunity here - a sachet of mirepoix and a bag of good chook stock in the same pack - would save so much hassle assembling and chopping etc.
Okay my bad, I read mirepoix as "mirepox" and had a moment of "is that zoonotic?" π Bloody infection control and procedures class has stuck in my head π

I like the analogy the man gave me while explaining fast charging and slow charging.
You can eat your meal fast or slow. It doesn't matter, you're still gonna get full but it's good to eat it slow if you can

vaccination done, then supermarket where I bought asparagus, eggs and lactose free cream for a quiche and then an art store to see what they had in western calligraphy paper. Home , tired, but have necessary chores to do, the cats need a clean space too.
Just saved a moth that flew into my wine.
