What’s all this hubbub in the YouTube comments about censorship?

Maybe it’s just me, but those don’t seem like huge changes… I’m surprised peeps are pissed about it.
Maybe they’re more upset about the principle of the changes (prudence because of ESRB)…?
It’s like gamers being mad if they reduced Tifa’s cup size in a remake of FF7. Is that really a change worth being upset about? I just don’t understand the perspective, I guess.
