Very curious how the contrast really is on the color e-reader.

I want a color e ink tablet the same size and shape as a standard comic book. Why the hell isn't this a thing already!? We know marvel has b/millions to throw at movies, get us a damn comic book reader!

Think of the subscription fees you could siphon, Marvel! You could sell the entire back catalogue and wouldn't have to reprint a single thing! I'd happily buy a color tablet with a subscription (that i could easily bypass, like the lock-screen ads on my fire tablet :) if I could experience those golden age comics again, without having to drop a ton of money on collectors items, or worse; reprints.

The movie BIG from ~1985 I think that was the protagonist's pitch was t it? An electronic comic book reader where you could buy new episodes. His idea also had a Choose Your Own Adventure component/RPG angle but the fact it doesn't exist is a testimony to BIGs point.
