Pretty crazy how quickly the owners rolled over for a 62% pay increase. Jesus Christ how much were they fucking over these workers before

The increase is over 6 years. The real fight is over automation. Fully automated docks need no workers.

81k to 131k in 6 years! That's actually an incredible deal. I always feel what I make now is inadequate for what I do... seeing this deal is making me feel even worse about what I currently make. It really is time for me to look for another job...
