On the right side of the image. They're inside the first rift you get to. Tried searching around the web but didn't find anything.

They're flowers, like on the left. Just floating like other stuff in the rifts. If you think they're significant, I don't think they are.

There definitely are things like that, but only in the overworld from what I've found so far. Definitely not in the rifts, because otherwise they'd be missable.

Yeah, as @catloaf mentioned, they are just part of decoration, and don't have any significance.
