Guy I used to know was working on this opensource self-love assistant.
Thing was pretty cool, ties in with VR porn, it moves in time with the actor. The vibrating chair would be a good fit for that "ecosystem." That's probably the only thing I can think of where it would be actually wanted. Well, other VR sim situations too I guess...

I could see the racing sim community wanting something like this. Having haptics that respond to engine throttle and road bumps would be interesting.
