That is... some rather unique styling. I don't hate it but it looks like a nightmare to service as nearly every part is nonstandard.
Also many places would classify this as an e-scooter due to the lack of pedals and have special restrictions/requirements like registration. I'd rather just spend this money on a normal ebike to be honest.
The negative rake is interesting. Seems like it might be a bit unstable like a shopping cart coaster.
