Tennessee Valley Authority

Marvel TVATVA is the Time Variance Authority which was introduced in the Loki show.

Oh, I very much enjoyed Loki, I guess I just wasn't expecting to see a reference in this movie poster for some reason.

Edit: considering the material, it very well could be the Tennessee Valley Authority though.
