According to this Godzilla is 393 ft tall, not 164 ft https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godzilla_(Monsterverse)

It depends on the iteration. But the 3D model they seemed to use does resemble the Monster verse Goji the most so what's going down here? Lmao
