A place for everyone to share their homecooked meals. Jarred spaghetti sauce and boxed noodles absolutely. Ground your own mix of chuck and wagyu for your steakhouse burger with garlic aioli and seasonal greens perfect. Frozen pizza, TV dinners nah.

Spam crisped up than sauteed with teriyaki sauce, sticky rice, raw jalapeno slices, gochujang seasoning. Next time I will use less rice but for a 1st attempt I'm happy with it.

Spam is a wild choice, but gotta say, I'm in, looks great ..

No comment on the ingredients because really you should go with whatever flavors you enjoy but I'd recommend the spam going in the middle between two thinner layers of rice. That way you get more rice absorbing the sauce and flavor of the spam and avoid soggy nori. That said, this looks damn tasty.

I never thought of putting the spam between the rice. That is a great idea. I will say that the leftovers the nori did get soggy so this will be a great change. Thank you!

I do not have much experience with spam, but I can' say I would decline an offer, if it looked like what is shown in these picture!
