At this point there should be help wanted signs on the entire teams facilities with the way they lose people and the remaining people clearly aren’t up to snuff.
or an “engine wanted”
The GP2 engine from le mans would be offended if it hadn't exploded.

Alpine may not be able to make a power unit that doesn’t explode five laps in but their graphic designers have been top three for years now.
They sent all the power to their workstations instead of their engines
