Nothing really special about it it's just other vancouver

It doesn't snow though, and despite the stereotype, actually doesn't have much rain (vancouver has much more AFAICT) ... and melbourne actually has sunshine in winter.

Why? I visited Victoria and it was a wonderful, beautiful city.
