Reminds me of me. My back hurts in the mornings and i have to hold the top of the curtain rod for a bit until the muscle relaxes some.
Injury from long ago. I guess this is me for life.

As a fellow guy with back pain. A good stretch is holding onto the top of something like a short wall or a door something that won't break. And lean back like ass out and that will stretch everything from under your shoulder blades down it's really nice
Yoga with Adrienne has a really great 10 min upper back stretch video that does wonders for me
Thanks. Mine is near the sacrium(sp?). But sometimes i get that punched between the shoulderblades feeling. Will bookmark and look at this.
Dr. House, are you real?
the traffic was absolute shit today.
I have never seen walls match the floors with a pattern before.
You can’t see the floor?
Oh! You're right. I guess that's the side of the tub that my brain tried to make the floor?
I'm okay now, move along...
No, that tile is still weird.
It's ok, my brain could only see a weird long urinal where the bathtub is for a while.
Wait, a bathtub isn't just a weird long urinal?
Thanks for making me feel better
I have never seen a side of a bathtub with the same tiles that are going up the wall. especially such ugly tiles.
Just a normal morning for Wayne Coyne.
Is that the new cryptocurrency?
