She's just so nice, an excellent strategist that would really rather read books all day, but somehow became the leader of a county and a revolution.
Getting tired of social interactions is a mood.
Her mermaid theme and all that stuff with Enkanomiya just makes it even better.
Kazuha. He was my second 5 star ever (first was Qiqi). I pulled him on release not knowing that there was a lot of negative impressions on him. I thought the grouping, animations, and stuff were so cool.
Do people actually not like him or was it just a reddit thing?
I don't think it was just a reddit thing. I remember he was constantly called a Sucrose sidegrade outside of reddit, too, and that he isn't worth it because Inazuma was around the corner. If you want to believe the China iOS sales posts, he also didn't enter the meta until later when people realized how great he was. It's considerably better nowadays.
I don't really know actually. I wasn't following Genshin Impact on social media at the time. I only found out on discussions in r/genshinimpactleaks long after that people were using Kazuha as an example of "a perceived bad unit but ended up really good" similar to the Kokomi situation.
I can't get enough of Cyno's jokes.
In no particular order:
- Ayaya (strong, comfy and I love her dash, it's amazingly useful)
- Layla (Just like me fr fr + amazing shield)
- Hu Tao (Strong and funny)
- Yelan (mainly because of gameplay)
- Noelle (Aka the One Maid Army)
- Keqing (One of the most fun gameplay)
- Fischl (Love her personality, and Oz, and she's fun both on field and off field)
- Beidou (I love her burst)
- Nahida (most comfy off-field DPS)
- Lumine (I love the voice of her JP dub and her design)
- Benny (BOUKEN DA BOUKEN)
- Heizou (I like kung fu)
- Yoimiya (She's a cinnamon roll, even though I don't have her yet)
- Candace (Gorgeous and has a nice voice. Hydro infusion is also fun)
- Dehya (I love her story and characterization, but I dislike her gameplay a lot)
- Rosaria (Barsibatos' bestest follower)
- Collei (her getting cringe from others is amazingly relatable)

she is super cute in her quests and actually is fun to play and free2play friendly
I legit prefer her over Hu Tao in vape teams just because she is just fun period
Gameplay: Heizou. His playstyle feels very unique. (and who needs a weapon when you've got these hands?)
Design: Kazuha. Absolutely love his color scheme.
Personality: Venti. I love his playful attitude.
Overall: Also Venti lol (bonus points for his en va's amazing voice)
Childe is my #1 character and has been since I first met him in... 1.3? 1.4?
Second place is currently Bennett, it switches back and forth between him and Kaeya (who's either second or third, currently third).
After that, things get a bit more fluid. I've recently fallen in love with Gorou - which really surprised me. (I've been doing fics for everyone's birthday, wrote his, decided that I actually liked him.) So he's fourth now. But 4th place is really up for grabs at all times, whereas 1, 2, and 3 are pretty fixed.
Alhaitham is one of my mains. Great voice, good character, gameplay is great and I'm a sucker for skills that give mobility.
Nahida is my favorite archon. I love her characterization, and she's monstrously strong in game. Her ranged harvesting is unique.
Candace has an amazing voice, I like her character and her visual design is fire. Wish her gameplay was better.
Dehya has some insanely cool animations, an interesting character and is conceptually cool. I wish her scaling and mechanics were more befitting her 5-star status.
Keqing. Love her character, especially now that it is fleshed out through events. Also top gameplay, really mobile and fun. I was really happy when dendro for released and I could use her for more stuff
What team are you using her in?
One team is my friendship team, with her as the main dps, while everyone else is lvl70 for dailies etc. Just so i can use her more :D
As a real team i use her with sayu as healer/vv, Nahida as dendro and fischl for the great combination with Keqing's multihits. Sometimes i also switch to YaoYao as healer, relying more on the bonus EM and reactions instead of VV
Kokomi is by far my favourite character, for her design, story, personality and voice. Gameplay wise she's also super powerful. I also love Raiden Shogun, Nahida and Yelan for similar reasons. Those 4 are my main party, with Yelan being my most recent build to lvl 90 with talents at 9-10. I'm finding Yelan's gameplay style to be the most fun lately.
My next party I'm building to lvl 90 is Yoimiya, Ayaka, Barbara and Yae Miko.
My absolute favorite is Xiao. I simply vibe with his quiet, reclusive nature, his design is great, I love the lengthy dev notes on his concept and his kit is still fun after all this time. He has such a firm grip on my poor little heart.
Scara has slowly become my second favorite, for some reason. He wasn't really on my list when he first appeared in that one event, thought he was cringey and a dumbass, but later realized that's what makes him funny and now he has a stupid nickname to boot. His new blue color scheme suits him much better, too.
Just lore: Zhongli. Absolute king.
Gameplay: Raiden Shogun, love the way she pulls the group up with her electro.
Combined: Xiao. His lore is great, being the last of his kind. And gameplay wise, I mean who doesn't want to jump 20m into the air, and also basically fly.

- fischl - idc about her chuuni-ness but when she does drop it, adorable. chinese VA's laugh when opening a chest is god tier
- mona - big hat. proud and witchy. hexenzirkel ties are interesting
- scara - big hat. brat. chinese VA's laughter when charge attacking
- kaveh - beautiful, has integrity, artsy and passionate. 'feast ur eyes'.
- dain - drops lore and leaves. cape. japanese VA is my favourite VA kenjiro tsuda.

I co-op a lot, and every time I leave Yaoyao off the roster, someone dies. So, Yaoyao!
I main Fischl, she's by far my best built character and once she finally got c6 last banner for her, she's an absolute champion. She is my only triple crown, and ran her as physical Fischl up until I got c6. The quantity of numbers she provides is very satisfying.
Cyno and Wanderer for their gameplay, and Cyno was also my first 5 star. Love his character, still trying to get Tighnari lol.
(Side question, am I allowed to post a picture here on this community/instance of my Cyno build to get feedback on my artifacts? I'm not entirely sure of what kinds of posts are allowed.)
