Hah, I used to be like that in school, but that didn't go well at all. After all those years of having to keep quiet I've kinda lost that ability to be so straightforward. I wish it was normal for people to say what they think even if it isn't nice.

The months-long wait has come to an end. Wanderer is now at C2 with his signature weapon and all of my 280 Fates have magically vanished. I know I'm going to have a spontaneous headache when Fontaine releases, but still, absolutely worth it. πŸ˜„ I was really, really lucky to get all of this. I've never had such good rolls before.

From my experience, things work out eventually. It's the waiting and the uncertainty that feel terrible, but you just have to hang in there and make the best of the opportunities you get. When I left school behind, I didn't know what to do with myself and, honestly, I still don't; but when I look back at the years since then, I can see I've grown and changed my life in little ways that I didn't recognize at the time.

So, I'm fairly sure it will be okay. I believe in you.

Thank you for sharing this. I'm more of a "one-project person" which goes against the idea of the chart, but it's really useful for my existing world, too - my motivation can be rather... inconsistent, so the prompts give me something to think about. I like that they include small details like basic terrain or landmarks and day-to-day life. ☺️ Working on the big picture all the time isn't quite as fun as all the little things that make it pretty.

Whenever I happen to pass by that spot, I think about it, too. For context, just in case anyone reading this doesn't know, this was part of an event in 2020 that made you deliver food to people in the overworld. Sometimes they were in... interesting places that made it easy to trigger the fail condition and you had to start over. In this particular case, the fail condition was "being affected by the elements" - if you've been here before, you probably know you can step into the water very easily. :D

Honestly, I didn't dislike the event. It was downright absurd at times and that made it kind of funny.

Just between the two, I prefer winter. The cold and the darkness are nice, but I miss the green of nature and the animal sounds. Spring is the best season for me because it feels like having the benefits of both summer and winter. :)

I don't think it was just a reddit thing. I remember he was constantly called a Sucrose sidegrade outside of reddit, too, and that he isn't worth it because Inazuma was around the corner. If you want to believe the China iOS sales posts, he also didn't enter the meta until later when people realized how great he was. It's considerably better nowadays.

My absolute favorite is Xiao. I simply vibe with his quiet, reclusive nature, his design is great, I love the lengthy dev notes on his concept and his kit is still fun after all this time. He has such a firm grip on my poor little heart.

Scara has slowly become my second favorite, for some reason. He wasn't really on my list when he first appeared in that one event, thought he was cringey and a dumbass, but later realized that's what makes him funny and now he has a stupid nickname to boot. His new blue color scheme suits him much better, too.

Woops. I tend to get stuck thinking about these things. Thank you for reading my little rant, though. :D'

That seems sensible... but then I wonder if they just expect me to not turn the camera around. :') I don't want to be all negative about it, though, because Sumeru did release some I genuinely enjoy, so maybe Fontaine will have something for me, too.

I don't know if my opinion is unpopular, but I don't like most of the designs of the female characters. I get that Mihoyo has a certain design philosophy and while it's not offensive or anything, it also doesn't stand out to me. Too often, it's either bare legs no matter what, a super-tight bodysuit or a thin layer of paint instead of proper pants. Some have hairstyles that... make me unreasonably irritated. I feel like Mihoyo creates amazing and sometimes quite intricate designs when viewed from behind, but the front part often looks like it's been cut in half for the sake of fanservice.

I'm just... disappointed, I think. I want to like them, I really do.

Yeah, I can't help but laugh at the man (in a good way) whenever I see him on the screen. I'm sure it's for the best that he leaves the stage, but I know I'm going to miss him.
