These are basically samoas (the Girl Scout cookie) built on top of full sized Scottish shortbreads, laden with caramel, toasted coconut, and dipped in chocolate. Normal samoas are designed so you can eat the whole box before you hate yourself. These accomplish that aim with just one.
I read the title like 4 times as samosas and got super confused

In all seriousness, those look amazing, and Samoas are my favorite. Color me jelly
You can do this with like... The skills of a moderately concussed ten year old if you buy premade caramel and cookies. The only hard part is toasting the coconut flakes without burning them.
