I thought I was glitching, it's insane if it's intentionally that bright for everyone
I had to shoot out a bunch of lights to use a terminal the other day, the glare was so bad I couldn't see what it was telling me to punch in.
I legitimately didn't know you could shoot the lights out until now. I've just been suffering this whole time!

Hahaahahaa the pain ;)
There was a time where the terminal was still blinding me after shooting the lights and adjusting the camera.
They accurately simulated a GBA screen.
Their lights are really funky, just keep shooting lights.
If all else fails drop a 500k on the terminal

Even better, shoot before you activate anything.
Big vibes of trying to see your gameboy screen in direct sunlight.
The enviromental lighting, as gorgeous as it sometimes may be often really sucks. Fog everywhere and frontal lighting and you cant see shit anymore.
It's a lot better than it was at launch though. I remember how on foggy night missions, you couldn't see shit!
Those are my secondary weapon's most prized targets.
