What kind of advice are you looking for? I've got a grinder like this I use a couple times a year.
I also grew up have to crank the handle for my mother every summer.

Very cool. I remember my brothers and I fighting to be the one to crank it as a kid, when we went to my grandparents house. At the time, I never made the connection that this was turning those cute cows in the pasture that we went out to pet every morning, into the hamburgers we’d have for dinner
