Good for them, there needs to be a stronger pushback against the growing tendency to coopt the Christian faith for the purposes of a political agenda. It's all too prevalent at every level already.

Yes, there are actually a very large number of christian leftists. Society sees more of the loud minority and one of our political parties have embraced that same anti-real-jesus, pro-supply-side-jesus stance so actual christians that try to live like christ get pushed out of the picture.
