It’s a joke in the movie, and perhaps in the fashion industry itself… but I have seen similar stuff refred to as derelict or goth inspired.
My better half offered “dystopian sheik” as a possibility as well.
It’s called Dark Mori, in case you’re interested.
What's a mori?
Mori just means forest in Japanese.
It also means death in Latin if my memory serves.
