They make my mouth burn if I eat too many. Also my bio professor said today that she eats the skins of kiwis...wtf?

I do too! It's toouch work to peel and the skin doesn't even taste that bad to me

I usually cut it in half and scoop out the inside with a spoon

Fruit fun fact: a fruit isn't considered a true fruit if it didn't develop from the ovary of the plant. Bananas are a berry.

Banana. Something distinctly satisfying about almost ripe bananas. Not quite sure what it is though.

Watermelon and mango are notable contenders

Black grapes. Every bite is maximum flavor.

They're hit or miss for me. The mushy ones are awful but crunchy are scrumptious.

Probably passion fruit, lime or mango.

Passion fruit because the taste is both sour, floral and fruity. There's nothing quite like it. Lime because they're incredibly versatile and go great with lots of food. Mango because it's pretty much the pinnacle of sweet fruits to me.

Can also combine all three for an awesome cocktail.

Passion fruit has an interesting flavor. I can't get over the weird crunch of the seeds tho

Pomegranate has the same problem. Depending on your application, the trick is to squish the pulp through a mesh screen in order to get the juice.

It's a tricky fruit to be sure.

For some reason I don't mind pomegranate seeds as much. The seeds of the passion fruit I've had were bigger.

Sour cherries, i love them fresh, frozen (on plain yogurt), in pie, in cobbler, in schmutz.

I love cherries too. Except those gross canned ones they put on ice cream.

Each fruit is unique and good in its own way, however here is my ranking in no particular order:

  1. Apples

Not my overall favorite when it comes to flavor and texture, however the portability and cleanliness makes it a top contender. A sweet, crunchy apple is a delicious snack that is a staple in my life and makes me happy. I will not eat a shitty apple.

  1. Blueberries

Blueberries are delicious and fun to eat. They're very good for you, which is a plus. Eating gallons of them right off the bush in the late summer is quite the experience. However the ones from the store always have a couple of foul tasting ones which subtracts some points.

  1. Honeydew

A good honeydew melon is mouth-watering. The vibrant green color and refreshing flavor makes it one of my top fruits. Unfortunately it is very sticky, messy, and annoying to prepare. I'll eat a shitty honeydew melon.

  1. Watermelon

Nothing beats a cold watermelon on a hot summer's day. It also has the added benefit of providing some much needed hydration because I am chronically dehydrated and forget to drink water. The flavor is sweet and delicious. Minus some points for it getting everywhere and being annoying to prepare.
