Passion fruit has an interesting flavor. I can't get over the weird crunch of the seeds tho
Pomegranate has the same problem. Depending on your application, the trick is to squish the pulp through a mesh screen in order to get the juice.
It's a tricky fruit to be sure.
For some reason I don't mind pomegranate seeds as much. The seeds of the passion fruit I've had were bigger.
