Looks like they scored it strictly on alcohol/cannabis/cocaine/strip clubs/casinos.

Guarantee the city ranked high mostly because of the marijuana and the number of strip clubs. Funny because the usage of pot here is pretty casual, feel like I'd compare it more with say, drinking coffee, than partying.

Maybe too much partying. Saw a completly naked guy on the off-ramp in Hollywood the other day.
