[–] nieceandtows 18 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Yeah I remember The_Donald users calling their subreddit 'domreddit' because they were not the submissive type.

Communities is way to long and generics

I think instances act much more like a community and a community is a sub-community… but then we just en at sub again.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 2 years ago

Could we shorten them to Comms?

Dog in disguise

My favourite pup, also sadly long gone. In disguise so no-one recognises him.

[–] untrainedtribble 10 points 2 years ago

[–] [email protected] 9 points 2 years ago (1 children)

On Kbin they're magazines, or mags for short.

[–] [email protected] 20 points 2 years ago (1 children)

And on Lemmy they're communities, or commies for short.

[–] [email protected] 10 points 2 years ago

In Soviet Lemmy, communities join you!

[–] [email protected] 9 points 2 years ago

It's illegal to a post dog picture without calling them the bestest. First and last warning!

[–] alaxitoo 8 points 2 years ago

Bless him, what a good doggo 🙏 sorry for your loss

[–] [email protected] 5 points 2 years ago

Yes! More dogs please. :D

[–] [email protected] 5 points 2 years ago

Poor pup cant lick the top of his head clean. At least mangoes are safe for dogs...at least to eat, not when falling on their head.

"Father, why is life so cruel?"

[–] Robertej92 4 points 2 years ago

More likely "Father, why are you pissing yourself laughing at my utter humiliation?"

[–] PM_me_your_doggo 5 points 2 years ago

They're called communities or coms for short.
