I wish a few words were removed.

~~Vice~~ President of Russia ~~n energy company~~ dies 'suddenly' of suicide

[–] Beryl 19 points 10 months ago (1 children)

As far as I'm concerned you can strike 'of suicide' too

[–] SkippingRelax 3 points 10 months ago

And suddenly

The poor, desperate man beat himself up, then bound his hands behind his back, knelt to the ground, and shot himself in the back of the head five times, before throwing himself out of a window. Such a tragic Russian suicide.

I mean, some people get suicided out of a window, which ist still better than being suicided by torture...

[–] [email protected] 2 points 10 months ago

@Tiptopit @Nougat
It's not suicide. It's just clumsiness.

[–] ohlaph 10 points 10 months ago (1 children)

Did he shoot himself in the back of the head four times?

[–] ikidd 8 points 10 months ago (1 children)

And then threw himself out a window.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 10 months ago

@ikidd @ohlaph
In Russia the window comes to you.

A lot of that going round lately.

[–] Olhonestjim 7 points 10 months ago

I feel like Ukraine ought to claim these kills by proxy. After all it was your actions which convinced Putin to kill Russian leaders for you.

[–] ajcolson 7 points 10 months ago

It seems this will get played off as if catching a case of "suicide" is like having a head cold. How far off the mark would some official statement about it be from: "This is a totally normal occurrence and happens from time to time. It's probably not contagious and there is nothing to worry about. Some people just happen to have worse symptoms and stronger reactions than others if they do catch it. Here are some safety guidelines to avoid catching it yourself..."

@Five
He was found hanged but it was just an unfortunate accident.
He was practicing his knot tying skills.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 10 months ago

Looks like it’s catching.
